Protos

From the ancient vineyards of the Ribera del Duero, the Protos Roble is a vibrant and expressive red wine that showcases the best of the region’s Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grape. The name “Protos,” meaning “first” in Greek, pays homage to its history as one of the oldest wineries in the region. This wine is aged for six months in a combination of American and French oak barrels, followed by another six months in the bottle, resulting in a perfect harmony of fruit and spice.
